Hi Pablo: Had a great time on the catamaran on Saturday. Great boat … Many thanks for everything!!!
Love, Ana.
Dear Aitor: Just wanted to tell you that the boat trip on Sunday the 25th was brilliant. It rained a bit on the way out but we got a couple of hours of sun and managed to swim in the open sea. Everybody was delighted, so I expect some will be repeating in the future.
I also want to let you know that the skipper (Josean) was a love and treated us very well. So we really had a great time.
Thanks for everything. Cheers, Pilar
TEST passed in Sydney!!!
They all really enjoyed the sailing, even though only under topsail, and so did I. Twenty knots west of the bay, squally as usual…. We went past the opera house and under the bridge. We found our way into the protection of a small bay for lunch, and played at pirates snatching up a lone buoy floating around before putting it back. Cocktails, and a good wine with the food. What more could anyone ask for? Under topsail again, we slipped into Rose Bay like authentic “navigators”.
I believe our clients are happy with what they got. Asier says he’s going straight from here to Shackleton to get his PER (at least that’s what he told me).
I hope you’re enjoying your crossing from the Canary Islands to Getxo too. Stay in touch!
Good sailing, hugs and kisses from Sydney,
Sara, Joni and the Skylark!!!
How are you doing??? Here I am back at work after Ibiza - what a pain!!!
Enjoyed the trip the other day, everyone’s excited, they had a good time and all the talk is that you were really great and everything was lovely.
Oh, and I have received an email with information about new developments, which all look good.
Well, enough flattery for now!
Keep well, and see you
Wow, what a thoroughly excellent experience!
If there is another opportunity like this I expect there’ll be a big demand because everything was so perfect, the weather, the people, and what an amazing boat.
We must organise a trip for the guys from the club, because it’s ages since I had such a great time.
I’ll send you my photos, but seriously, ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT.
What’s up, skipper?
I TOTALLY AGREE with Koldo.
In my case I tried out the Doufor 44 last weekend in a mini-crossing to Santoña, and despite the poor weather I had such a great time!
YOU GUYS ARE THE GREATEST! WE MUST DO THIS AGAIN SOON!
Hi to all the Shackleton crew!
I’ve just been surfing (or rather sailing!) your website and I simply have to tell you that I love it. Great design, and the information is easy to find. Oh, and the gift pass is a neat idea too.
Well that’s all, congratulations and keep up the great work!
Just got through my morning shift and when checking my mail I found an exchange of messages from my friends talking about Saturday’s trip, full of expressions like “It was great!”, “What a great idea!”, “We must do it again!” and so on.
We’re still drunk on Saturday’s sea, sails and sunshine. It was a fantastic day and has made my Monday much more bearable!
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you on behalf of us all for helping make our outing so unforgettable. Thanks again and best wishes.

This summer, one of the most talked-about events was the one we did that day. We have great memories and are already talking about how to do something similar next summer.
Many thanks and cheers
I’d like to tell you that we had a really good time on Saturday. The fact of the matter is we were really lucky with the weather and the company too. It was not my first sailing trip, I love it, especially since as well as having a good time you also learn something new.
Another thing I hadn’t seen before was the voucher system, which seems like a good idea for us repeat customers ;-).
I took some pictures which I’ll be sending you in case they’re any good for your website.
Kisses, and I look forward to seeing you again soon.
Hurray for yesterday!!!! What a blast!
We had a good laugh, and there was calm, bright weather, wind, rain, and excitement… We each showed how clumsy or skilful we could be (or not, in some cases!).
We got to meet new people and everyone got along just fine. We tasted everyone’s cuisine, and all spent a truly memorable Sunday together.
Perhaps that’s not how you remember it though. After all, we didn’t end up with our spinnaker in a complete mess, an outhaul split in two and several pairs of pants drenched, but I’d just like you to know that we loved it!
Thanks and see you next time.
Subject: jet set, eat your hearts out!
Hi Aitor. I’m just writing to thank you because now I know how the Sultan of Brunei and his courtiers feel on board their catamarans… What a vessel! Who needs the Port Banus crowd?!
We were treated like nobility. At first he were a bit doubtful about the bow nets, but after a while, and especially once a volunteer guinea pig (guess who) had taken the jump to check whether it really could take the strain, there was no stopping us! So, whenever you feel like suggesting changes of that sort, go ahead. Although to be honest, it seemed like a completely different concept of sailing, and I think there is a right time for one and for the other. One is much more aggressive, more intense, more real so to speak, while the other is total comfort, spatiousness… a fiple, as one of my friends’ mother would say!!!!
That’s all for now. We’ll stay in touch.
